1. Credit/Debit Card Payment
You can pay for courses directly on our website using your Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card. All card payments are securely processed through our trusted payment gateway to ensure your financial information is protected.
2. Invoice Payment (via Email)
If you prefer to pay via invoice, we offer the option to request an invoice for your purchase. Once the invoice is generated, it will be sent to the email address you provide. You can then pay the invoice using your preferred payment method (bank transfer, credit card, etc.).
- How to Request an Invoice: During checkout, select the option to “Request Invoice” and provide your email address. Once we receive your order, we will send the invoice to your email within 1–2 business days.
- Invoice Payment Terms: The payment term for invoices is 7 days from the date the invoice is issued. Please ensure that payment is made within this period to avoid any delays in course access.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information on our servers, and all transactions are encrypted to ensure the safety of your personal and financial data.
4. Currency and Pricing
Prices for courses are listed in EUR. The final price at checkout will be the price of the course in your selected currency, plus any applicable taxes (if required). The currency for your payment will be the same as the price shown on the checkout page.
5. Failed Payments
In the event of a failed payment or issue with processing your credit/debit card payment, you will be notified immediately. If payment is not successfully processed, access to the course will be denied until the payment is resolved. For invoice payments, the invoice will remain due until the payment is received.
